"Pretty clunky on my phone"
I kind of expected the site to be annoying to use on my phone, and it felt that way right away. Things just seemed clunky, and it wasn’t very smooth to navigate.

"Return and remake was... fine, I guess"
I’m trying to stay calm about it, but the whole return/remake process was a headache. It took way longer than I expected, and I kept having to follow up just to find out what was going on. Even after all that, it still didn’t really get handled correctly. So yeah, not exactly thrilled, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Custom size didn’t fit :/"
I ordered a custom size and even double-checked all my measurements before submitting them. But when it showed up, it was still off enough that it didn’t fit right. I reached out to support, but they weren’t much help either, which was frustrating :/ Custom sizing was the main reason I ordered from them in the first place!

"Felt A Bit Disappointing"
I was expecting a better experience, but it ended up feeling slow overall. It also had this kind of impersonal vibe, like there wasn’t really a real person there helping or caring about the experience. Just not as good as I hoped.

"Design consult was kind of disappointing"
I had a design consultation with Spiffy Spools, and honestly... it didn’t really help much. The whole thing felt a bit rushed, and some of the answers were vague. I was hoping for more clear guidance, especially since it was for custom stuff, but afterward I still wasn’t sure what I should actually order.

"Cheap quality and already fraying"
I’m disappointed with this. It felt cheap right out of the package, and after just one use it started fraying. I don’t know how else to explain it, I’ve had to point out the same issue more than once, and it’s frustrating. Definitely not the quality I expected.

"Install turned into way more stress than I expected"
I bought these from spiffyspools.com thinking the install would be straightforward, but it ended up being a headache. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I kept having to stop, backtrack, and redo parts because something didn’t line up or make sense. I wasn’t expecting it to be such a stressful project. Definitely not something I’d call beginner friendly

"So disappointed it didn’t work for me"
I bought this really hoping it would fit my setup, but unfortunately it just didn’t work with my hardware. It was frustrating because I ended up having to return it and waste time dealing with the whole process. Definitely a letdown.

"Communication was unclear"
I had a tough time getting straight answers from Spiffy Spools. The replies were kinda short and a little confusing, so I ended up asking the same questions more than once. It just made the whole ordering process feel more stressful then it needed to be. The product might be totally fine, but the communication really didnt work for me.

"Not worth it for me"
I ordered from Spiffy Spools thinking the quality would be a bit better for the price, but honestly… it just felt like I paid too much for what showed up.

The product was fine I guess, not terrible, but nothing that really stood out either. I’ve definitely seen similar stuff for less, and once shipping and the extra costs got added on it felt even less worth it.

For what I spent, I expected more. Maybe it works for some people, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Craftsmanship could’ve been better, right?"
From a distance it looks decent enough, but once I got closer, the stitching and finishing just seemed a bit rushed to me. Some of the edges didn’t line up quite right, and overall it didn’t feel as clean or polished as I was expecting. It’s not awful by any means, but for the price, I feel like the craftsmanship should’ve been better. Maybe I’m being picky, but I don’t think I’m the only one who’d notice it.

"Couldnt get my issue fixed"
I had a problem with my order and reached out to Spiffy Spools hoping they could help sort it out.

The replies I got didnt really solve anything, and I felt like I kept having to follow up just to get a clear answer. It got annoying after a while.
In the end, I still didnt feel like the issue was handled fairly. Not a great experience, and I wouldnt order from them again.

"Ordering was more of a hassle than I expected"
I tried ordering from spiffyspools.com it was more annoying than it should’ve been. The site felt a little clunky, and I kept clicking around trying to make sure I had picked the right options.
By the time I got to checkout, I was already frustrated. It took about twice as much effort as I expected, and I’m not sure I’d want to deal with that process again

"Felt let down after paying"
After I paid, I started feeling like I couldn’t really trust what I was getting. The panels didn’t line up properly, and the edges looked rough, like it was rushed. The finish already had marks on it right out of the box too. For the price, I expected something a lot cleaner. Overall, it just felt disappointing and not worth the hassle...

"Felt a little misled by the measuring guide"
I followed their measuring guide as closely as I could, but the blinds still showed up the wrong size. Maybe I missed something, but the instructions weren’t as clear as they made them sound. It kind of felt like a bait and switch — they make it seem simple and foolproof, then I’m the one stuck with blinds that don’t fit.

"Lining feels kinda cheap"
The curtain lining just feels cheap to me. It’s thin and kinda scratchy, and not really what I was expecting. It doesn’t hang right either, plus it still lets light through. Dissapointed tbh.

"Should’ve Trusted My Instinct When I Saw the Box"
The packaging showed up beat up, my gut told me it wasn’t going to be good. The box was crushed, and when I opened it, the spools had some scuffs on them. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely disappointing
